How people may get in touch with your organization.
An admin is responsible for overall operation of the Northstar location. Provide us with info on who will be administering Northstar in your organization. Once approved, admins will have the ability to add/remove proctors and edit your location info. Both admins and proctors get personal logins for Northstar to access its various benefits. We recommend having at least one admin who will be involved in regular use of Northstar.
Who should take care of Northstar invoices at your organization?

Admins and billing contacts will receive an emailed invoice four weeks prior to the renewal date. If you did not receive this email or have any questions about billing, please contact us.
