Located in the Library Building behind (south of) the Tribal Center. Please call or send an email to arrange an appointment for training or testing. Northstar hours are Monday, Thursday, Friday, 8am-2pm, and Tuesday, Wednesday, 10am-2pm and 4:30pm-6:30pm. Please plan to arrive no less than 1 hour prior to closing. We are closed on weekends and all Tribal holidays, please see www.elwha.org for more information.
